The course was well run and organised. It is a long time since I have undertaken any first aid training and this was very informative, the trainer also made it relevant to individual work places when examples and scenarios were discussed. The trainer was friendly and made the group feel at ease which meant that the group activities and practical elements worked well. There was a good mix of theory and practical elements to the course. Thank you for an interesting and informative day.
Cassie Jenkison –
A well run and organised course with an appropriate mix of theory and practical work to do. A positive atmosphere was created from the start by the instructor with no question being seen to silly to be asked. All our staff enjoyed learning life saving skills and have learnt valuable knowledge for the future. Thank you for a great day!
