Our Level 3 First Aid at Work training qualification is designed for those already working or preparing to work in industry and have been identified within the company’s risk assessment of First Aid. This course includes all the emergency first aid at work elements as well as the recognition and management of illness and injury in the workplace.

- Managing an Unresponsive Casualty

- Wounds & Bleeding
- Minor Injuries
- The Human Skeleton
- Fractures & Dislocations
- Sprains & Strains
- Chest Injuries
- Dealing with Major illness
- Heart Attacks
- Cold & Heat Conditions
- Abdominal & Crush Injuries
This First Aid at Work course takes place over 3 days with a total of 18 hours contact time.
Time: 9.30am – 4.30pm
This qualification is assessed through a theory assessment and an ongoing practical demonstration of the correct techniques across a number of the topics listed above.
All candidates will receive a handbook to guide them through their first aid both during the course and back in the workplace. All successful candidates will receive a certificate specifying their qualification shortly after attending their course.
The level 3 First Aid at Work qualification is valid for 3 years after which each candidate must take the 2 day refresher course if they wish to continue practicing. In order to take the 2 day course each candidate must have a valid level 3 first aid at work certificate.
