Our level 3 award in HACCP is a qualification aimed at caterers, manufacturers and other food based companies who are required to have a HACCP plan in place. The course is for those responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of the HACCP systems. Holders of the qualification will have the knowledge necessary to be an integral part of a HACCP team.
Our Level 3 HACCP qualification covers:
- Principles of HACCP management procedures
- Preliminary processes for HACCP based procedures
- Developing a HACCP management procedure
- Implementing a HACCP management procedure
- Evaluating HACCP procedures
The L3 HACCP course takes place over 2 days.
This qualification is assessed through a 60 multiple-choice question exam for which you are allowed 2 hours.
All candidates will receive a handbook to guide them through their HACCP both during the course and back in the workplace. All successful candidates will receive a certificate specifying their qualification shortly after attending their course.
The Level 3 HACCP qualification is advised to be re taken every 3 years in order to keep each candidate refreshed in the subject and to retain best practise.
