Our Level 2 Food Safety in Manufacturing qualification is designed for those already working or preparing to work in the food industry as food handlers. This course includes all the topics regarded by the Foods Standards Agency as being important to maintaining good practice in the production of safe food.

All candidates will receive a subject handbook to assist them through the course.
This Food Safety course takes around 6 – 9 guided learning hours of training and must be completed within 12 months.
This E-Course is assessed through 50 multiple choice questions spread over 10 modules. For a fully accredited qualification each learner will need to complete a 30 question multiple choice exam paper. This can be done on your premises or at a venue.
All successful candidates will receive a certificate specifying their qualification shortly after completing their course. If the candidate wishes to have a fully accredited certificate they must arrange to sit the paper exam. The Level 2 Food Safety qualification is recommended to be retaken every 3 years after which each candidate should re take the course if they wish to continue with best practice.
