Our Level 4 Managing HACCP qualification is aimed at management working in the food & drink industry and involved in the HACCP team or quality assurance. The topics covered by this course give learners the skills to implement a HACCP system, critically evaluate HACCP plans and understand the importance of having an effective HACCP system.

The l4 food safety course takes place over 5 days with an extra half day exam to be arranged at a convenient time to suit each candidate.
Time: 9.30am – 4.30pm
This qualification is assessed a written exam for which you are allowed 3 hours. Section 1 is a critical evaluation of a HACCP plan. Section 2 is a series of short questions relating to a change made to the HACCP plan.
All candidates will receive a handbook to guide them through their food safety both during the course and back in the workplace. All successful candidates will receive a certificate specifying their qualification shortly after attending their course.
