Cancellation Policy

Overview
Livius Training is committed to delivering high-quality training courses. We understand that circumstances can change and have put the following cancellation policy in place to be fair to both our delegates and our business.
Cancellation by Delegate
- More than 14 days before the course: Full refund, less a £25 administration fee per delegate.
- 7–14 days before the course: 50% refund of the course fee, or a free transfer to another available date.
- Less than 7 days before the course: No refund. You may transfer to another date subject to availability and a £25 transfer fee.
- Non-attendance (no-show): No refund. The full course fee is forfeited.
Transfers
You may request to transfer to a different course date. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the original course date. Only one free transfer is permitted per booking. Subsequent transfers will incur a £25 administration charge.
Cancellation by Livius Training
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be offered:
- A full refund of the course fee paid.
- A free transfer to the next available course date.
Livius Training is not liable for any additional costs incurred by the delegate as a result of a course cancellation, including travel or accommodation costs.
How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@livius-training.co.uk. The date of receipt of your email will be used to determine the applicable cancellation charge.
