Who Needs Fire Safety Training?

Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, every workplace must have a designated 'responsible person' for fire safety. This person must ensure that fire risk assessments are carried out, fire safety measures are implemented, and that trained Fire Marshals (also known as Fire Wardens) are appointed. Fire Marshals play a critical role in implementing fire safety procedures, assisting with evacuations and ensuring ongoing compliance.

This Level 2 Principles of Fire Safety training offers a recognised fire marshal qualification and prepares delegates to manage fire risks confidently in the workplace.Each workplace must have an adequate number of trained fire marshals (also known as fire wardens) who take responsibility for designated areas.
