Based at our training centre in Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire — centrally located on the A1(M) corridor — we deliver courses both at our venue and on-site at workplaces throughout the region. On-site training is available across all of Yorkshire for groups of six or more, with our instructors bringing all equipment to your premises. For individuals and smaller teams, our Boroughbridge centre offers regular scheduled dates with free on-site parking.

Who Needs Food Safety Training?
All food handlers are legally required to receive food safety training commensurate with their work activities. Under EU Regulation 852/2004 and the Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2013, food businesses must ensure that staff who handle food are supervised, instructed and/or trained in food hygiene matters. This applies to all sectors including catering, retail, manufacturing, hospitality, care homes and schools.
